lol yeah i thought it used alot too, i was very suprised to find out that was within factory specs! i'll never understand hondas, lol. the main thing that kills those engines is running out of oil, i know ours might show a hair low on the stick one day then the next it'll be bone dry. like i...

yeah they can be a tad bit pricy, luckally in roughly 200k miles it hasin't needed many parts replaced other than oil changes, tires & brakes. the engine is a honda 3.5 DOHC v6 so parts for that arn't too bad, did the timing belts at 130k miles. worst part for that engine is how much oil it...

yeah the one we've got has honestly been a great vehicle, and as far as the suspension and everything goes it's built like a tank. worst part is parts are expensive, but we've figured ways around that most of the time. i gotta grab a pic of ours with the new lift.

might be what i wind up doing, gonna call the company first and see if they'll do anything. i ordered 1 pair but somehow it went through as two. which i'd be fine with if i didin't get billed for two pairs. thankfully i might have already found a buyer for 'em if the company won't refund anything.

Anyone Have Experience With Electric Heat?

i like the electric heat one better myself... lower price & taxes, nice yard that looks big enough & flat for a small pole barn, plus all the other improvements. it's a nice looking house, also the kitchen looks like it's got tons of storage & has a decent layout compaired to the other house...

Anyone Have Experience With Electric Heat?

we've got electric baseboard in our house, it's really not bad at all. can get pricy if you like to keep the entire house like an oven, but keeping them set low in the rooms you use they arn't too bad. a good new thermostat helps alot too, the older ones are much less efficiant. they are also...

    my future house

i've seen that log-look siding on a house before, actually it was next door to where i worked, a tiny 1950's ranch house that had white aluminum siding and a bad roof to start with. i got to watch the people that bought it put the log siding on it and a green tin roof, and a nice big front...

    my future house

X2, i've heard they are rough to maintain properly. i'd love to build myself a small cabin very similar to that though, up in the adarondacks or possibly maine. i'd do a steeper pitched roof so there could be a vaulted celing for half of the house and a small loft over the other half, and i...

things to bring when looking at a used car.

a floor jack so you can get under it easy, and a large peice of cardboard so you've got something to lay on. check it throughly for rust and fluid leaks, listen for any ticks or knocks while it's running and try to find where they are coming from, take it for a drive and make sure the trans...

even the extended cabs (the newer ones at least) have alot of interior space. my neighbor had an '09 ext. cab 4x4, 4.0 5 speed and it was really nice. had a 2" suspension lift, 33" M/T's, cat back exhaust, tint, and a nice tonneau cover. he said it got about 15 MPG though.

    Ammo Shortage

yeah, i've thought about going back and looking at that 870 again, it was an express 20ga, with the laminated wood stock and matte blued barrel, and the barrel was very short. after holding it though i think i'd rather get a mossberg 500 20 guage, like the one i had looked at used but without...
