    Got Lucky Today!

If you're building up enough pressure to pop that "plug" out, I would look into it. Sounds like your breather's clogged up (on the axle TUBE). I would look into it IMMEDIATELY.

    97 Ranger 4.0 5 speed shaking idle?

EGR valve sounds like it's sticking open, pumping raw exhaust in constantly.

    sqeak in front end?

Bolts inside the steel sleeve of the bushing. Use penetrating lube (PB Blaster) and hit them multiple times. Should work. Might also be your sway bar bushings at the frame.

Female and male adapters? You realize there are MANY different adapter, right? He will need a union to splice 2 lines together and a fitting to go into the prop valve.

    Brake Line Size

3/16" brake line approximately 6 feet long. You will need an adapter to bolt the line up to your ABS/prop valve on the frame rail.

    Suspension Upgrade

Use 80-96 F150 front coils and use ford explorer rear leaf springs. That will net your around 2-2.5" of lift all the way around. The front WILL be stiff though.

    which headers would be recommended

I personally love my Hedman steel headers. They're cheap, sound great, flow amazing, and are easy to install. I paid $275 for them WITH a new y-pipe.

Those are the absolute WORST mud tire I've ever owned. They hydroplane very easy and suck in snow due to no siping.

    stock coil size

If they're truly TTB lift coils, the 18" ones are for a 4" lift kit. Those 16" ones should be right around 2-2.5" lift, which MIGHT need the James duff 3" drop brackets. I had 2 inches of lift on mine and needed 3 degree camber bushings (which is MAXED out)

Might want to look into Fierce Attitude tires. They're badass looking and fairly cheap. They only have tires available for 16" wheels and up.
