I recomend anyone needing to replace their shock to get Rancho RS9000XLs. I just got a set and have to say it's an AMAZING difference over a standard hydro shock.

So I picked up a Dana44 from a '79 F150 that I'll be narrowing and installing sometime in the next year to year and a half. Came with 4.56 gears NIB. This was a complete axle fromt the warn premium hubs out WITH radius arms. I scored everything for $125 delivered. :D

I work at a frame shop. If it's bent, we straighten it. If it's rusted, we cut and repair it. Usually 10x easier than swapping frames. On a different note, The truck will be inspected tomorrow. I cant wait to finally drive this thing!!.

My old F150 had the same problem. It turned out to be the MAF.

I removed my blocks completely. I used explorer main leaf, ranger leaf, explorer leaf, ranger leaf, explorer leaf, and the rest are ranger leaves. I eliminated the overload leaf (bottom leaf) and used Belltech shackles. This coupled with my Ballistic fabrication Axle seats (almost 1/2" higher...

More or less "bolt on". Meaning you're going to run into trouble with seized spring eye bushings. The bolts will NOT come out. You will most likely end up cutting the bolts off the spring/hanger and end up having to press a new bushing into the spring eye.
