Not much to update. All of my tools for installing my gears should be here by tomorrow. I'm going to go pick up my ring gear bolt sleeves friday evening and try my hand at installing these gears. I've got my setup bearings made, setup inner pinion race made, new outer pinion race installed...
UPDATES: Pictures are worth 1,000 words, right? Narrowed, high steer dana 44 with a Grizzly locker, 4.56s, chromos, LONG joints, PSC Hydro Assist, Custom saginaw power steering bracket I made, tapped box for hydro assist..... :D Pretty parts!
Cherokee Cons:
1999-2001 came with low pinion Dana 30's which blow pinion bearings at very low miles
Hub assemblies are expensive and don't last long
Impossible to align
Balljoints are pressed into axle C (if they egg out the C, you have to replace the axle)
Rear slip yoke t-case

It WAS rather entertaining. Still giggle every time I look at the photo. That truck's a beast tho. We flopped her back over started it up and kept on wheeling.
