Buy a OBD scanner/ they are relative cheap and should help solve/ tell you where the problem is. The OBD port is near the steering column lower area of dash.

I ADDED a bottle of TECHRON (CHEVRON) in gas and two days later it started working again. A relief and hope that cured the problem, before it stopped working I let truck set over weekend with almost no gas in tank. won't do that again.

Fuel gauge quit working is this a fuse or?

Cleaned MAF sensor with sensor spray cleaner and it did the job. Thanks for your help Al!

will use maf sensor Cleaner.

I do not have an electrical cleaner so will try spraying the heck out of it with sensor cleaner.

I have an issue and was thinking it is the Idle Control Value. It will start, but engine flutters, sometime dies then will clear up and run good until I shut it off for a hour or so. I cleaned the Idle control Value, but it still does it. Hope some one reads this and suggest what the problem is.

When I start the engine it shakes, flutters etc. them clears up and runs okay. I was thinking it might be the Idle Control Value, but need help before I replace it?
