lol i hear ya man, especially after all the work you've done to that truck. on saturday i ran into a giant bush heading up to my buddie's property, didin't realize untill sunday it left a bunch of scratches on my fender, door and brand mirrors :furious: gotta break out the compound, lol.

do they sell guns at wall-mart up in connecticut? i was eyeballing a remington 870 at our local mall-wart down here, black synthetic stock, they had a 12 and a 20 guage for around $250 ish if i remember right. i passed though because i want something with a wood stock, might walk around some gun...

nope, my stock '00 hinges worked perfect. it was kinda a pain to get it lined up, and i had a bad moment when i didin't realize i had the latch striker on backwards. i'd close the hood and it would shift to the drivers side when it latched. flipped the striker around and it closed perfect!

thanks alot guys! thanks man, i know what you mean. it works suprisingly well with the 4th gen grille & front end! thanks, and yup, that's my baby. had to evict her from the garage for almost a month of weekends so i could paint that hood inside.

got myself a fancy new hood on the truck... :thumbup: pics to come... i hate ticks, and bees. a couple of years back, i walked through an overgrown feild up near me, not even 10 minutes later i found a tick on me. wound up picking over 30 of 'em off myself
