2.5L oil pressure gauge stopped reading!

I don't want to drive it if there's no pressure! Started it up a minute ago, oil pressure jumped up to the middle like normal, then shot down to 0, then shot back up to normal, then 0 and stayed at 0. Any thoughts? Think it's a bad sensor from being so cold, or what? Just washed it...

2.3L / 2.5L head-gasket, timing belt, timing tensioner, water pump, etc. REPLACEMENT

For what it's worth to future viewers, after completing the job and flushing the entire system multiple times with the Prestone flush-n-fill kit pictured below, I no longer had oil mixing into my coolant; the problem was indeed my head-gasket. *NOTE* If you did have oil in your coolant, I'd...

    What year is this?

Well from the pictures you posted it doesn't look rough, but you'll have to make that determination in person. Check the rear leaf spring hangers and make sure they're not rusted through, check the cab mounts, check for a lot of rust anywhere, make sure all the options work, make sure the...

I think visibility in forums like this is easy, at least to get through to me, because I usually just click "new posts" at the top and browse from there.

    What year is this?

It's a good price at $1,600 but I'd still try to talk him down to $1,400 or so. Pick through that truck with a fine-tooth comb. My 94 I bought was a fricken basket case. Check every fluid for color and smell, including the trans, rear end, oil, coolant, clutch master (dot 3), brake fluid...
