Coil springs were used up till the ranger was last produced. But in 97, the suspension design changed. A jeep coil swap will only work on a 97-older ranger.

To to the hardware store and find some all thread in the size you need, then cut it to fit.

Extended cab jump seats out of a 2001 XLT with 4 doors. Seats are grey in color, no rips or tears, minimal stains (but remember, they're 11 years old). I have the hardware for the passenger side seat as well as that seat belt. Can grab the buckles off the door if wanted. $50 for all of it...
