Actually, I've been thinking about something along those lines... I've got some white led strips left from some other projects & I may try to mount them behind the mesh so they shine up behind the letters so they kinda float on the mesh.

Yeah, it gets really tight in that small space. I've done one cargo + turns, I had to reduce the number of led's for both circuit to fit in enough of both colors to be easily visible. It was still pretty bright, but not quite as bright as the plain cargo or all red versions.

Must be something in the water when it comes to window problems. My pass side window pooped out on me and won't work now... Have a new reg/motor on order though, hope to get it fixed before it gets too cold.

I kinda like it. Definitely a new spin on things. Do you know if they can do custom overlays for the gauge clusters & other stuff like that? I bet they'd be super popular with guys wanting to change from their stock blue or green to other colors.

Yup. Outsides look virtually the same & the new style are even brighter :) I have the oem connectors for both of these, so they'll be plug-n-play.

Yup, The basic "original" style cargo or all red 3rdBL's run $50 +sh/ins where the "new" style run $75 +sh/ins. I'm hoping to have a couple of 'em done about the middle-end of next week.

Most likely the door switch... the wd-40 in the mechanism will usually get things working again. I lost count of how many times I had to spray mine to get the dome to go off.
