Did you find out how to reset the module? Asking as we just picked up our 2009 XLT and the dealer is trying to put fog lights on so they look and operate like factory installed. They ran into the problem of the lights not coming on with the switch but when they hooked up to the computer, the computer would turn them on. Said it appears the module needs reprogramming and Ford tech won't help them as it was not a factory install. Go figure.
