Male turn signal connectors 2004 Ranger

I am trying to find either used or new male connectors that plug into the turn signal bulbs on both of my front head light assemblies. I put new headlight assemblies on my 2004 Ranger and both connectors had broken release tabs on the the plug connector from the vehicle to the bulb. I can’t seem to find a part number for new connectors but I also wouldn’t mind finding used connectors that don’t have broken tabs. Help please!

Sometimes you can use the small zip ties to hold everything together and they won’t come apart. Another thing you can do is go to a junk yard and cut good ones off another ranger and solder them on the truck
