So yesterday I went out and started my daughters 2002 ranger to warm it up. Approximately 10 minutes later , I go out to find it not running. I tried to restart it, it has power to all the lights on the dash and the voltage gauge moves but absolutely nothing when I turn to start it. I checked fuse 19 and swapped the ignition relay and still no dice. any help will be appreciated.

Is the weather cold? I had a Buick Skylark once. Whenever the weather was cold, you had to hold the gas pedal all the way down when you started it, and keep the pedal all the way to the floor for about 10 minutes - that is, warm it up at full speed. After about 10 minutes, you could let the pedal go, and everything was fine. But if you took your foot off of the gas too soon, the engine would stop, and you couldn't get it started again, no matter what you did.

I have no idea if this is the issue with your daughter's Ranger. But I thought of it when you described the issue.
