Ford ranger ruff idle and stalls at stop signs

    My daughter has a 1999 Ford ranger 4.0 V6 XLT and it has been have trouble I have cleaned the Mas sensor changed the IDler control valve changed the air temp sensor changed the fuel filter and have an egr valve to put on this week end the issue is it starts and runs fine now but when put in gear it stall and surges also stalls and surges at stop signs and light sometimes dies unless you keep the rpm’s up at 1000 before changing the idle control valve here are the codes

    P1151
    Po136
    Po113
    Research online seems everyone is says vacuum leak but can’t find 1 and don’t have a smoke machine can anyone help

    Tracking vacuum leak can be a little tricky. But a can of carburetor cleaner spray can help. With the engine running, spray around the vacuum lines, where you might think it is leaking (fitting or around curves). The idle will change if there is a leak. Another is to make your own smoke machine. There are all kind on Youtube, I choose the cheap solder gun method.

    I made a diy smoke machine and only place that had smoke come out was the nipple on the idler control valve

    Might be time to replace with a new ICV, I tried cleaning it but not very much luck with those thing.
