Supercharger question

I've always wanted a 60s-70s era muscle car or truck, but I think what I might do is drive the ranger as my DD for now and then eventually mod it out into a muscle truck (once money permits). I know its ranger and its not designed to go fast and I am well aware of the 302/351/4.6L swap options but I was thinking turbo or supercharging for a little more oomph.

I decided on supercharger as the best option so I would keep my 4L (probably rebuild it in time) and just add this supercharger:

I just need to know a few things:
1- Is this kit legit? I have read a few good reviews, but more the merrier
2-Is this just a bolt on kit (I wont have to alter my engine, tranny, diff, cooling system too much to take the extra power and heat from the supercharger
3-any idea how much more power i can achieve just from this kit (I know specific figures are hard but any idea on the HP and torque figures?

Again, I dont think an engine swap would be the best option, I wouldnt want a monthly project that's too complex and requires modding, a donor truck and a lot of time.

im no expert but based on what i read here youd have to essentially change your rear axel to switch up the gearing from torque to hp in order to get that get up and go factor if you understand me
