Here's a pic of my 1985 BMW 535i that is getting totally restored. This was last year in the midst of the re-storing process. Should be ready to go this Spring. View attachment 2
My bride's ride is a 02 Buick LeSabre. My DD is a 98 Escort se. I also have an 84 F150, and my project vehicle is a 91 Safari van, with a 305 V8 under the hood. I will post photos soon. Drive safe, Dan Harriman Orange, Texas
Guys as you soon will realize my skills are not with this computor. Previous post, no rust holes or bondo ever.
That's a sweet truck, as Nathan mentions. If your computer skills aren't up to par, how'd you photoshop that pic? Looks SWEET!
Besides the ex's we have her 99 Malibu 2.4l DOHC its a pretty good running car besides replacing both front wheel bearings around 130 something thousand miles.
Hmm, Did I miss something? Did you post a photo of this? If you did, where? Just curious, Dan Harriman Orange, Texas
I'm just saying by the look of the photo, it looks like it was touched up. The truck looks pretty shiny and the background is blurred a little bit to make the truck stand out. Looks good...
Lets see, two answers. Yeah took second place in the November TOTM on the F150 forum. And jon, copy and paste is max of my skills. And you are correct, Lsballa did the touch up, definately not my talent.
My 2005 F150 and my wife's 2007 Mazda 6i SVE. Soon to get windows tinted and yellow fog lights to nicely compliment the HID's on the Mazda as well. I don't know who has ever driven a 6 but it is reletively new to us and replaced an Accord... I'll never go back.
I test drove a Mazda6 a few years ago and really liked it. Didn't end up buying it, but may be in the market for a car soon and will definitely give it a look... You guys like it?
Alot more than I thougt I would. I am not really a sedan guy. We had a '01 Accord and test drove a Camry (felt like a Japanese Caddillac minus the power and luxury- waaaay to underpowered and soft), then a new Accord (alot stiffer but was also underpowered) and then on the way home we stopped by Mazda and drove this. This body style is not as big inside as the Accord or Camry but the overall feel of the car is more sporty. She wanted a 4cyl and I wanted a sporty feel. I got both nice power and very responsive steering. I LOVE this car. Sorry, not to sound like a sales ad, but personally do not see the mystique and charm of either the Honda or Toyota.
Thanks. This blue is only available on the Lariat with tan trim (or so I've been told). This trim is killing me trying to find a new pair of shoes that look decent.
Ha, thanks. In Richmond, Va. where we got the Mazdarati, they were plentiful but here in Texas, I do not see too many. I didn't buy it for exclusivity.
Did you used to live in Richmond? I'm from Northern Virginia and my brother lives outside of Richmond in Midlothian.
