i dont have much just a set of kenwooods in my back two spots then kickers in the door with my pioneer head unit.
Has anyone here ever built a labyrinth style box? I've got two days off from work coming up soon, and have no idea on how to build one. Need some help quick!
most people do subs and amps, i went a different route and only did door speakers, probably will never do a sub/amp either. did JBL coax's in the rear doors, then for the front doors i did JBL components. all powered through the Pioneer 7" touch screen double din. sounds amazing, has great bass for not having a sub. ignore the dust lol. pic of components, and where i put the tweeters.
as of right now all i have is a kenwood deck, kicker front speakers, pioneer rears, and nothing for subs and amps...i have 2 12s and 2 800 watts amp i really need to install here soon
One type R 12 in a 2cu ft. ported box inverted on the top (so the magnet sticks out, for those who don't know), powered by a 600 watt old school Infinity kapa 202A model. EQ run inline, Rather plain jvc head with Infinity 6x8s up front, jbl gto's in the back. Tweeters flushed in the trim that covers the ext cab door hinges. Sorry, phone won't allow me to upload pictures Can anyone tell me how to stop my back wall from shaking so much? I'm scared to crank up my music for fear of my sliding glass breaking
Tryed to get a video with my gopro, but I can't find a place to mount it where it won't vibrate and make the video blurry
considering adding to my system. Have a few ideas in mind. 5 ch amp, and sub haha. we shall see how much OT i can get in the next little while.
Got my sub and amp picked out. With a custom box I'm lookin at $600. So the saving up begins! Love my current setup though. Hits hard for not having an amp and no sub! No complaints as of yet with my pioneer double din, and JBL components/coaxials.
I got a JVC double din head unit with factory speakers for a sub i got a kicker solo x 2500rms with a brutus amp 2000 watts all in a custom box. The box should be arriving next friday and once i get it all installed ill post pics. GO BIG OR GO HOME
