Any of you with your IFS truck I'd like to see your front Sway Bar quick disconnect setup, looking for ideas to make a set.

EDIT: So I found an Example now and figured I'd share the pictures for anyone wanting to do this mod.

I have my t-bar bolts tightened the whole way up, I figured I would try it a day before making the disconnects.

Removing the sway bar end links four wheeling allows better wheel travel and little bit of flex in the front and rear.

i know this is old, but im bumping it rather than make a new thread

i snapped the bolt on one of my old sway bars. had it out to see if i liked it, didnt like it on the highway so i went to put it back in. tightened the nut a bit, got it on maybe 3/4 of the way then the bolt snapped about halfway up. so i need a new one, figured id see if theres an actual product someone knows about for a quick disconnect, or maybe someone has one for sale?

The QD's pictured in the first post look similar to 85203 made by www.WarriorProducts.com . They fit 98+ torsion bar Rangers (4x4, Edge and Trailhead). Also fit 95~01 Explorer. About $125/set.

To to the hardware store and find some all thread in the size you need, then cut it to fit.
