1900 ft straight up :thumbup: We were billy-goats most of the way up. Extremely steep. Sometimes you're walking on a 4" ledge looking waaaay down below you lol. Ended up being around a 5 mile hike as we took the long easy way down.
where did you go man? looks awsome. this summer hopefully i'll finish hiking up the mountian in delaware water gap, i've gone about halfway up to the top but ran out of time.
Sullivan County, Pa.... Its just outside of Hillsgrove. My grandparents own a bunch of land at the base of the mountain. The mountain is called Bear Mountain. It's a great hike.
Looks like an awesome way to spend a day. I used to love doing that where I grew up but now that I live in DuBois there's not a ton of area like that(that I know/am allowed to adventure on lol)
