Yes it can--I've been working on mine on-and-off this winter. I'm no bodyman, but I'm patient and meticulous, so that helps. I finally test-fitted mine on Saturday, but it still needs some more clearanceing around the grill. I'll be doing everything but painting the top of the hood myself.
