Starting up a tire review thread where you can express your feelings about tires you had on your vehicles. Couldn't find one when I searched, so why not? On my truck currently: 31" Definity Dakota M/Ts On-road: Smooth ride, quiet for a mud terrain. Off-road: Good traction on dry ground, suck in mud :furious: (ironic) Snow: GREAT! Had it on dirt roads and in 2" of snow with 2wd. Great tire for snow! Appearance on vehicle: I like em. They made the truck seem more badass Overall rating: I'd personally give them 4/5 stars. They haven't really affected my gas mileage all that much like most people live and die by saying. Cheap cost, about $145 a tire. Backed by Pep Boys roadside hazard warranty too! Good tire.

Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs good on road....relativily quiet great in snow...dont need 4wd unless im on a hill a lot better in the rain than my previous BFGs IDK how they do in mud because they will never see it haha
Tire - BFGoodrich All-Terrain Size - 285 75/16 Good on road Good off road in dirt and mud Great on sand when aired out Poor in the rain Decent in the snow Tire - Nitto NT555 Size - 295 45/18 Great on road Great on the track/soft compound/very sticky Decent in the rain Poor in the snow
Goodyear Wrangler Authoritys Great tires.. semi noisy on road(look aty the tread and you wouldn't believe they were as quiet as they are) Great in snow, rain, on road, off road, haven't tried mudding yet cause its been halfway winter since I got them, and I've got a bad cv axle(doing it tomorrow or Saturday)
Nitto Terra Grapplers On Road: Very quiet, smooth, ZERO hydroplaning Off Road: Surprised me in the mud! Did very well for an AT Everything else: Not the best in the snow but better than a radial im sure. Look great and one of the cheapest ATs out there!
Bump. Let's see some more tires in here guys n gals! Then we can refer people to here when they ask "oh, well what's the best????"!!!
GoodYear Wrangler SR-A 235/75/R15 Inflated -Summer at 35 PSI -Winter at 32 PSI with 350 lbs of sand/salt bags in the bed for weight 8,000 miles done so far. 2 winters, 1 summer Excellent/Exceed Expectations/Good/Acceptable/Poor/Not Recommended/ N/A Acceleration Traction/Braking traction/Cornering traction Dry Pavement:Good/Good/Above Average Wet Pavement:Acceptable/Acceptable/Poor Gravel Road:Acceptable/Poor/Poor Sand:Not Recommended Snow: Acceptable/Acceptable/Acceptable Slushoor/Poor/Poor Ice:Not Recommended Mud:Not Recommended Rock Crawling:Not Recommend Wear:Good Noise Level: Good Are these Recommended? Hell no, There are far better tires then these OEM wannabes. It's better to pay for a little extra a buy a tire thats more specific for your needs. Either an A/T for the weekend off roader, Another All Season for DD or an All weather/Winter tire for the Cold. I wouldn't Recommended these Tires for anything other then strick Dry Highway Daily Driving use. But upon further research, numerous owners complain of inconsistent and quick wear (although I have yet to experience this). I hope this helps ****For those who are unaware this is a very common tire to find on brand new vehicles (OEM) I believe this is a cost efficency tire for manufacturers. This is the Tire that came with my truck from the dealership Brand New.
Yokohama Geolanders size: 31x10.50r15 On road: quiet great traction, never slip or hydroplane. Snow: Have no snow here couldn't tell you Sand: No problems even when inflated Dirt/Gravel: Great Mud: Avergae Overall: For my style offroading (desert /trail running) 4.5 stars Goodyear Wrangler Radial Size: 235/75 r15 On Road: Quiet, no issues what so ever Snow: No snow Dirt/Gravel: No real major issues tend to pack dirt and slip Mud: Awful Overall: Much better tire than what it has been said to be. Definitely not a mud tire and serious off-roaders should stay away. Worth the cheap price though 3.75 stars
they lasted me 2 and half years, they are mostly made for road use, and only good in light offroading
