I've tried everything. Tapping on the starter, checked the battery. when the batteries on the charger it say its at 13.6 V. But when i turn the key on there's a bunch of clicking noises coming from the relay box under the hood. The battery gauge also reads low. but the battery is charged. If anyone has any information i would greatly appreciate it.

It may read charged on the battery charger but it may be shot. Check the terminals for corrosion and stuff like that too
There is a lot of corrosion. ive used the terminal brush at least 100 times but it all just keeps building back up. do u think the corrosion may be causing this problem.
Corrosion between the terminals and connecting wires will cause a disruption. Try using baking soda and a wire brush to clean it good
Just 'cause you've got good voltage, doesn't mean you've got good amperage.... Also, whenever you clean the terminals, you should be completely disconnecting them from the battery, using a chemical battery cleaner spray, and obviously small wire brushes. Don't forget the inside of the cable end that wraps around the battery stud. Black one is always last on, first off. )Thread diggin' somewhat, don't hate(
