I'm looking to change out the stock seats in my 98 Ranger to two bucket seats without the fold down armrest that is apart of the drivers seat. Does anyone know of any other vehicals that have bucket seats that will match the Ranger bolt pattern? Like 98 Explorers or 98 Mazdas?

yea i want to find a pair of seats with out the arm rest. that gap between the passenger and driver seat is the only place i can think of putting a sub so i wont lose the use of a jump seat. shoot me a line if you find something.
A search on this forum and "therangerstation" would have yielded your answer...but yes Explorer seats work...might need to use your factory rails, but the seats themselves work. Extended cab p/u share front floorpan with Explorers. I believe it changed in 2001...so that's when you'll def. need to retain your stock rails. If you have single cab, then you'll most liekly need to use your OE rails as well...apparently floorpans are different.
