well what do you mean by putt putt around building up carbon? lol as to the next two questions he buys gas from where it is cheapest so yea changes in gas stations and no fuel additives or anything.. would you reccomend adding some? and how often? thanks a bunch!

haha thanks dude! yea my dad has a 96 ranger xlt its got the 3.0 in it and i love it! even though the 02 sensors go out once a year and it fails emissions every time haha its still awesome! its a perfect mix of power and fuel economy!

i was thinking about doing that too... hopefully you get some good feedback

hey i noticed when i test drove a 4x4 ranger it did the exact same thing... it did it twice i read the manual and it said i was going into the 4x4 the correct way.. stopping and putting the car in neutral then switching it over or whaever and it still didnt work... so i decided not to go with...

so at least once a year my dads O2 sensors go bad. and we end up spending a ton of time trying to bend our arms around crap to get them in and replaced.. has anyone else had this problem? if so how was it fixed? thanks!

Hey guys! im new here, and i just bought my self a 2009 Ranger XL 5 speed its got the 2.3liter engine and all of that.. completely stock. can anyone tell me some pros and cons about this truck? i know this is a broad topic, but i figure it could start some good conversations and maybe help me...
