Figured it out, for anyone wondering in the future… Pulled cylinder 1, 2, and 4 spark plugs. Insulator was, inexplicably, not the same distance from the end of the threads. Swapped cylinder 1 with 4, misfire moved to cylinder 4, got a new plug, misfire gone. These were brand new motorcraft plugs...
