Tires were recently balanced also. But it was the U-Joint in the front drive shaft. Took that out and its fine. Thanks for all the suggestions though.

My 98 has a loud and abnoxious vibration coming from the front end. The U-Joints are stiff and i just replaced the brakes all the way around....
