Just an Arkansas hillbilly living in the foothills of the Ozarks in northwest Arkansas. Learning to love my Ranger having never really been a Ford guy. Actually, I'm a Fiat guy, as in Fiat 124 Spider convertibles. But I'm a working guy too, and my little Ranger fills the bill quite well. My Ranger - a bone stock '86 standard cab, 2WD, long bed with a 2.9 V6 and auto tranny. Bought with less than 100K miles in September, 2011, for $500 cash. It has issues, but it works.
