there is a pick-n-pull down here in wilmington. if it's not your only driver, we can do it in my garage if you don't mind it possibly taking longer than a weekend. we could get the frame one weekend, then start on it the next.

not completely true. i don't have an airbag on the driver side in my 95 after it blew. pass safety inspection each year. it is illegal for a shop to remove one, but the private owner can do anything they want. i would look on ebay for one. can probably be found for ~$100

sounds like a usda rural development loan. that's what mine is. i'm about 6 miles out of town, in a neighborhood. it's quiet, i own a large piece of land. sure i have neighbors on both sides, but the lots are big enough that i don't usually notice them.
