I turn my truck on, and look at my gas guage, and the gauge will go all the way over to empty. I'll turn the truck off, and crank it right back up, and it will go over to full. Any ideas?

The truck drives fine until it gets up to about 40. Then once it hits 40 in 3rd gear, it will start vibrating and shaking. It almost feels as if it's coming from the transmission? Or possibly the motor? I don't know, and haven't been able to pin-point the problem. But once I get out of 3rd, and...

I haven't replaced spark plugs or have had a tune up on it since I've owned the truck. I've had it since August of last year, but I've kept the oil changed, every 3,000 miles. I've been driving my truck here lately and it acts like it's running out of gas. It'll be at a steady 60 mile/hour roll...
