Electric cars are overated IMO. Think of it like this: you can get a Chevy Volt for like, wut, $40,000? OR you can get a Ford Fiesta/Focus that gets 41 mpg (same as the Volt) for $20,000 and use the other $20,000 for gas lol.

The full electric cars can go 250 milesish on a charge... OR you can get a Ford Focus/Fiesta and go 500 miles on a tank AND you can refuel it anywhere!

Not tryin to diss anyone, just stating the facts

Chevy volt is 350ish miles combined gas+electric.
Tesla model s is up to 300 miles
Fisker karma is 300 mile range.

Tech is getting better, more efficient motors and their controllers plus better batteries is helping too

I think electric cars are Underrated, otherwise you would see more of them and at a cheaper price to purchase. Someday the world will wise up and look beyond the box . Now using the 20k for gas that and oil changes , an electric car has no oil changes or filters so the 20 k wont all go for fuel to go, now after that is spent the electric car keeps giving. SO then you start saving money even while driving it. And last I checked you can get electric anywhere damnnear lol And same here no Diss to anyone but I think it's time to be responsible to the planet and to the younger generation. And Spend less to Arab oil

not to mention the price of electric is like 400x cheaper then the price of gas so you saving again, and i drove a full on electric drag car once and holy **** that thing had alot of power, so id love to get a sporty electric car like the one you want
