Rear Running Lights not working 96 ranger

I'm having problems with rear running lights only,On my 96 Ranger No power to brown wire at rear tail light, Brake lights and flashers works, turn signals also work just not the parking or running lights, come across info on relay under dash? Any Ideas thanks..

One possibility is you have rodent damage, particularly if you don't drive the truck often. The spare tire and wheel under the bed makes a nice nesting spot for squirrels, from where they can chew on the wiring.
