    My ranger will not start.
    I have a 1998 XLT 5 speed manual trans. 2.5l
Started up the truck fine and was running around 40 MPH then it just lost power and died. Would not start.
    Checked spark...okay.
Replaced fuel pump. Fuel rail pressure okay.
Scanned OBDII - code po340 came up.
Cam, Crank shaft sensor bad. or grounded wiring, or bad PCM.

Any ideas? crank sensor looks okay, wiring to cran sensor was visually okay. Not sure if I have a cam shaft sensor.
While cranking the engine the timing was 10 degree BTC.

    unsure:
