    That's awesome!!

Back in the day, conversion companies were hired to extend the cabs of pickups for use in forestry and fire fighter jobs. Many didn't have any extra doors, it was basically a stretched standard cab with windows similar to a camper or canopy installed. Other conversion companies used 2 pass doors and 2 driver doors with an ugly triangle of sheet metal between them. Similar to the Napco 4x4 conversions before they were standard practice and offered from the manufacturer.

In recent years, it's been a big thing in the classic truck world to make crew cabs with four doors that look as if it came off the showroom floor like it. And they are CLEEEEEAN.
