Hi, my name is Neil, and we recently bought my son his first car: a 93 Splash stepside, 3.0L V6 5-speed with a camper shell. Nice little truck, only had 91k miles on it when we bought it (confirmed w/ Carfax). Runs like a champ! Just upgraded from the factory tape deck, but we have a couple maintenance items to perform - the intermittent portion of the wipers don't work, and the plastic tab on the driver's door lock is broken. Since the doors and the ignition are keyed different, I'm going to replace them all with a new matching set, but I can't seem to find that little tab. The dealer claims not to be able to order it, and I'm afraid if I get one from a junk yard, it will be 20 years old and just as brittle and the one that broke. Anyone know of an aftermarket source for those tabs? thx, Neil
