My friend just got a 1984 bronco (looks awesome). The guy sold him a 4" lift with it. Would this kit be compatible with my 94 ranger 2wd? From what i have seen the bronco 2 is but i cant find anything about a normal bronco. Thanks.

Nopes. Drop brackets are completely different. Even if it was compatible with a ranger, it wouldnt be with your since it's 2wd. They take a completely dlifferent kit. FYI, rough country sells a nice kit for fairly cheap. Welcome to RF.net btw.
Thanks man. I would go with the rough country but it's a 1000$ truck. Are there any websites to get discount lifts or should i just do a body lift and maybe level it.
Well, depending on what size tire you want to run ( I wouldnt run anything over a 31 with a 4 cyl. ) you could always buy a spacer kit for the front and a shackle kit for the rear. You would have around $100-150 altogether.
Shackles will be Belltech 6400's...around $60. You can google spacers for your truck and find them pretty much anywhere.
personally i dont like the thought of spacers so i got these http://www.roughcountry.com/ford_83-97_midsize_leveling.html or if you wanna leave the suspension alone you could do the 3 in body lift http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRA-813/
I have done the spacers on 3 TTB/TIB rangers. If you go with them, get the metal ones. They can be had for about $50 on ebay. AAL is another option for the rear.
Thanks guys. My dads against it. When I said everything could go to another ranger his response was "how are you going to fit 31s and a leveling kit on your mountain bike". Looks like I'll just wait until I can get a 4x4 and do it the right way.
