You guys are my last hope before I just scrap the truck - I have a 1992 4.0 Ranger 4x4 swapped out motor to a 1994 Explorer, runs excellent except for a continuing problem. Truck will not start, when cold or hot, replaced Throttle position sensor but problem continues - now I have to loosen the TPS so the truck will start. Any suggestions, have replaced quite a few things. Please help, Thank you

You should check the throttle body itself. It may be sticking or throttle cable may be screwing things up. Just a guess on my part....I hope you can figure it out.
