The heater core was never plugged up. The return line from the heater core feeds the oil cooler. Since the tiny ports in the oil cooler were plugged up, the water couldn’t circulate. So water wasn’t flowing through the heater core properly, making it appear that the core was plugged up

Ok guys, turned out the motor mounted oil cooler was plugged up not allowing the antifreeze from the heater core to circulate. I pulled the hoses loose from it & bypassed the cooler for now. New question is, do I really need to run the cooler?? This vehicle will never be towing anything or...

I also just reversed the inlet & outlet hoses & let it run for about 5min then switched them back. Still no heat

No problems with my 02’. She kicks off around 16 gallons if I’ve pushed it till the “check gauges” light comes on

I always thought the difference was the trim package on the exterior, no power windows, locks, or power mirrors, & possibly no cruise control. But, I’ve been wrong before

Sometimes the wipers on my 02’ only work if they are on the high position. As soon as you roll the switch back a notch they quit running. Has anybody experienced this yet? Not sure if the switch itself is bad or a bug in the wiring

I’m thinking about switching from my BFGoodrich TA KO2s to General Grabber ATXs. Anybody have an opinion on this??

The lights are SUPER bright!! 2880 lumens. If you guys are interested, they are 2” Rough Country, they come with everything you need to hook them up, wiring, relay, toggle switch, a pattern for making your cut, & bolts for installation. All that & a free replacement 3yr warranty.

Lights are in & I added 1 1/4” wheel spacers. Hopefully raising up the front end next.

The new lights came today. Looks like we’ve got some work to do this weekend!!!

Thanks!! Probably not. Truck sees a lot of highway miles instead of off road. Hopefully there’s a first gen Bronco build in the future for the off road stuff.
