Ranger Prices

Hey Group,
I'm a recent member. I've been a long time fan of the Ranger. In my search for a truck, I'm finding that the prices seem very high. I'm seeing trucks with over 200k for 3 to 5 k. I'm seeing 12 to 15 year old trucks with around 100k for 8 and 9k. I'm looking only at 4 door, generally one owner trucks in very nice shape.
The price seems double what I see in things like blue book.
Is this normal?

Toyota Tacoma seem to hold their value very well. Although, mine tend to hold up the abuse very well. I too wanting to part away from my Ranger. Not too many people are selling their quality truck for a decent price.

Toyota used prices are what drove me (sorry, no pun intended) to buy a Mazda back in 1992 and my current Ranger in 2012.
Last I looked on CL, used Ranger prices still weren't too bad. I did notice recently, that S-10 prices are pretty fair, as well.
