I drove it home losing power on way home parked it the next morning it would not start. I checked fuel pressure on rail getting about 40psi with key on not running, so I tried turning it over and pressure came up to 55psi truck wont start. 1 installed new coil 2new fuel filter 3cam shaft sesnor 4crank shaft sensor 5 new spark plugs to be safe sometimes it starts few a few seconds then dies I put starting fluid in the intake and wont start that way either IDK hoping someone can point me in the right direction Thanks it did throw codes p0351,p0352p0353 that why I put on new coil I have checked the timing and its good

Overlook my reply if you have already stated the obvious but I had an issue that was similar - yet not nearly as extreme as yours and I replaced the coil pack. On the 04, it is one coil pack unit with all six connections. It mounts to the valve cover. Also, I hollowed out the bolt on cat. I saw no results from this. The cat was not clogged and I was mainly hoping to gain a few extra HP. However it is possible that your cat may be clogged. There are ways to check it. I recommend checking Y**Tube for instructions on this as it can be too detailed for a forum response. Please let us know what you find.
I don’t know but I have a 2004 3.0 it did the same thing and had about the same codes if I remember those codes are multiple Miss fires on which ever cylinder it is I hate to tell you but maybe bad heads You can research but on certain years Ford used some heads that didn’t have hard enough steel seats. My brother in law fixed it for me he took it to a machine shop in Huntsville, Alabama and they supposedly fixed the heads. Now I’m having some of the same problems again I which I could let Ford have it back The years they had problems they knew it and didn’t recall them if it didn’t have problems before the warranty ran out the consumer had to eat it told by a former Ford service manager
