Dropped something down my engine help

    98 ford ranger 4.0 efi v6 well I was trying to replace gaskets had friend helping and dropped a razor blade down the engine when cleaning tools up to start putting everything back together.
    I was wonder about what options I have to retrieve it with out going crazy and removing the cam shaft any advice is greatly appreciated

    Unfortunately I haven’t found a small enough bending magnet to fit. I am how ever going to attempt to make my own.

    Oops I thought I posted the picture
    I bought a small spool of some what stiff wire and a magnet with a hole at Home Depot.

    I rescently bought an Endo cam for 20 buks off amazon it has a great picture and a handy bag of tools that attach to it. It’s real flexible and plugs right into your smartphone the light on it along with the magnet or retrieving spring should do the job

    ...you mean CAMERA....I thought you were referring to a new cam SHAFT grinder. I was like, "Endo? Who's Endo?" :eek::D:rolleyes:
