Hi all, I'm looking at a 2007 super cab XL for sale. The seller thought it was an XLT, but it's got a black painted grill, manual windows etc. I had the same truck in 2006, an XL. Now, dicussions of KBB only being a rough guide aside, the KBB value of an XL vs an XLT with the same miles and condition almost double when you choose the XLT trim. I'm looking for a comprehensive guide of the difference but can't find much. I've read that it's the power options, 4x4 option, different engine etc., but information is conflicting. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks!

I always thought the difference was the trim package on the exterior, no power windows, locks, or power mirrors, & possibly no cruise control. But, I’ve been wrong before
Painted body parts like wheel flare and the grill, running boards, aloy wheels are all trim opts, can’t remember if the XL could have power windows. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
