I have a 2006 Ranger 4x4 with 189k miles. The truck is lower by 1 inch in the rear and 3/4" in the front on the passenger side. I have found tons of posts about trucks leaning to the driver's side but NONE so far on the passenger side. It might be acceptable within Ford's tolerances, but not within mine. What would be the easiest way to remedy this?

They used to make spacers that you twisted into the coils, but I haven't seen anything like that in many years. They do still make "helper springs" that bolt onto your rear leaves to give you a little more load capacity. If you get ones stiff enough, they can jack the rear end back up. ….however... I think your best bet is...new springs.
I agree with Dean for the rear fix. If you have the torsion front end, you could always crank the pass side up a little to level it out with the drivers side
I thought 2006 was coil spring front end? UPDATE: Just found this from an article on the history of the Ford Ranger Front Suspension from "The Ranger Station" website.... ...learn somethin' new, every day....
...new springs...air bag under that side...new springs...helper spring....new springs....spring shocks....new springs.....
Hmmmmm, I think Dean means new leaf springs. Couldn’t hurt. Did cranking your torsion bar help the front?
Unless I'm blind I don't see any coil springs at all on the front. I adjusted the torsion alot on the passenger side. I need to lower the driver side. I've been looking everywhere and can't find the proper height of the truck at the fenders for the front and rear.
It sounded like you'd already cured the lean in the front and were now concentrating on the lean in the rear, so yes, I was referring to the leaf springs. Did I misunderstand your earlier statement?
I was just making sure. I never knew leaf springs to go bad. But, I've never done anything with them on any previous trucks either. I'm more of a bmw and Mercedes guy and familiar with the German suspensions.
Here's an example of the helper springs for rear leaf's...https://www.jcwhitney.com/details/H...DsWYY1dpTiYt3Prs7lcaAtnxEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds I've also seen them as one piece units - https://www.rockymountainsusp.com/s.../supersprings/ssa30-ss.html?make=14&c=404&i=0 ...this one might be a little more affordable - https://www.autoanything.com/suspension-systems/hellwig-ez-level-helper-springs ...should look like this when installed...
I just put new tires on and somehow, the truck is sitting level now. They were all the same size and same pressure. Odd....
