Hey guys, I am sad to say that my Ranger just couldn't do what I wanted it to do long term. I loved every moment I had it and I am sure going to miss the Manual Transmission, the Gibson Dual exhaust and all the other mods I did on it to make it my own. This weekend I will be taking possession of this: http://www.autotrader.ca/result/add...ntario&srcID=19&frnID=6568932&showcpo=ShowCPO I'm sorry but the F150 just doesn't appeal to me so I decided on this full size mod. I can't wait.

nice, to bad its a ram though lmao. i've thought many times about doing the fullsize mod, but i just cant part with my ranger. and i dont NEED a fullsize. I actually like having a smaller truck. just sometimes a fullsize would be nice...... maybe some day. enjoy the truck though!
trust me I'm gonna miss the small size of the ranger, ease of parking, the manual transmission, the simplicity (not looknig forward to replacing parts on the ram but I got a Unlimited year 200,000 KM bumper to bumper and powertrain warranty in the deal) and the mods you can do to a ranger. I had big plans with the ranger, mostly Eaton M90 Supercharger but I cant afford to keep the Ranger and buy the Ram so I got a good return on my Ranger. It hit me when I was emptying the truck of my personal effects. Man I loved my Ranger.
Not only are getting RID OF the Ranger but you are abandoning US on the site by going to DODGE… Nice truck and all but it isn’t a Ford ! Good Luck with it.
I liked black for the first 15 seconds its clean but other then that its a pain, I always loved white vehicles, My first car was a 1999 Grand Am it was a POS but it nice in white.
If it was up to me I'd keep the ranger as well... I am not a fan of the F150, not a fan of the 2009-2013 models and the 2004-2008 are ok, but not my first choice. It was either a 2009+ Ram or a 2005+ Frontier. I decided on the Ram since the Bed is bigger, the back seat is bigger and the ram gets better MPG on the highway then the frontier.
I would think being that it is at a dealer they have already corrected the recall. If not, it doesn't matter because the fix is free!
cant compare a Quad Cab 2wd SXT 4.7L Ram with 90,000 miles to the Crew Cab 4x4 Big Horn with 5.7L with 35,000 Miles I just bought in terms of price.
Yes I am aware, I read the article on Truck, I'll compare fabrication dates to see if my truck is affected once I get it.
True, I was'nt paying much attention sorry Andy but it is a good looking truck . sorry to see you get rid of the ranger though.
No worries, When I saw the price of the one you posted my jaw dropped . Looking around for the same Price Range and Mileage most were either base SLT trucks or TRX quad cabs, so the fact that I got a loaded Big horn crew cab for that price is great I'm sad to see the ranger go. This morning I just went for a drive just to enjoy the Ranger for one last time before it gets traded. I wish I could keep both. The Ranger was a great truck and I already convinced Emilie that once the Ram is paid off I'll be buying an Fx4 lvl II as a toy and supercharge the hell out of it
hahaha the ranger has only done 1 burnout in its lifetime and thats it. I have no intention of doing it to "celebrate" it departure . I did push the odometer north of 3,000 RPM a few times and even after driving the latest Generation of Hemi the 4L SOHC still impresses me in terms of acceleration and power
