As long as the contours of the housing fits the Ranger Cab I guess it would look OK, not sure what to say.
I question that the cab roof front of the Ranger is the same as the cab front of the Liberty, which these came on, check it out.
What wattage are these lights I couldn’t see that data ?
Also, they are called Fog Lights, for fog lights to work properly they should be mounted low not high.
The package comes with a wiring harness but be careful that the power wires (+ & -) and relays are large enough for the amperage; original wiring is minimal at best and if you are going through all of the trouble to run the wiring it should be up to the task not something you will need to replace or worse.
Also consider two switches, one for the center two lights and one for the outer two lights AND run the grounds back to the battery, one ground for all of the lights will work but the heavier gauge wire get harder to run through the windshield post area so two smaller wires, one for each set, will work easier.
Other Options:
1) Small Roof Rack with Light bar mounted to the rack. Wiring when you buy pair-packs you usually get a minimal harness too so wiring will be the same.
2) Roll Bar (Sport Bar) for mounting lights, more traditional and always looks good.
3) Mount four lights in front of the grille.
Just remember to wire the lights according to the total amperage and fuse for the minimum amperage of the components just to be on the safe side.
