I don't think they would. If your headlights look like mine, then yes. If not, you would have to do a 02+ front conversion to your truck.
They will not, unfortunately. Like Jordan said, you'd have to swap your front clip to the 01 or 04 front end.
Damn. I just picked up a new car so doing a clip conversion doesnt seem worth it but those are sweet!
