    it puts any modern mustang, camaro, challenger that looks like their 60's grandfather to shame :D

    I just read the article, it's just Jeep experimenting with the wrangler platform, but who knows if demand is there, they might make it. Hell Plymouth made the Prowler, why not make this :p

    heck the should remake the movie "tremors" and use the new J-12 in it :)

    Yeah, it looks like an old Gladiator and I'm super in love with the hubcap/wheel design, but I think, if they're going to bring back a "jeep truck", they should reintroduce the Commanche.
    Chrysler already has a big and mid size truck and both lines are pretty successful, but they don't have a competent small truck.
    Granted, in its day, the Commanche was a mid-size, but since everything has grown so much over the years, it would be considered a mini-truck today.
    This would give them a chance to engineer a "useful truck", for the everyday man, rather than some testosterone engorged acid flashback from the 60's.
    Don't get me wrong, its not that I don't like the J-12. I actually do like the looks of the truck, I just think their time and energy would've been put to better use if pointed in a slightly different direction.

    i LOVE that, if they built one i would buy it in a heartbeat! it's a modern version of the truck i almost bought before the ranger! :thumbup:
