You want these: moroso spiral race muffler http://www.moroso.com/catalog/categorydisplay.asp?catcode=35054 Hold it up and look right through it. I had them on my 5.7 GMC. Sounded great. Quiet at idle and low speed. Didn't upset the wife. When I jumped on it howled. I didn't suffer any power loss over whatever was on that truck before but they sounded great and lasted the nearly 7 years I owned the truck.
